Pimp Submit gives you the rights to use the data base for the registered paid person only your IP may be tracked to ensure Pimp Submit is not operated in a fraudulent manner.

4. RIGHT OF REFUSAL

PimpSubmit retains the right to refuse, withdraw or require to be amended any information submitted via the Site, or any advertisement placed on the Site, that PimpSubmit deems to be illegal, misleading, offensive or in any other way unsuitable.

5. SUSPENSION

PimpSubmit reserves the right to suspend or close accounts at its absolute discretion in the event of breaches of these Terms and Conditions.
